Casa Ventura

This house a is a true “hidden Orquid”. Situated in the valley of Arco de Calheta, ideal for families to spend time in the Garden or enjoy a good rest.

A typical house in a quiet path , comfortably decorated thinking of families or small groups. A big square kitchen with those home like decoratons that are perfect for making some light meals for the family or just popping a pizza in the oven.

The house has: two bedrooms – one with two single beds and one with double bed. A complete bathroom.

Outside you will find a well cared garden where you see the owner spends time tending to all the orchids and tropical plants.A garden full of sun and really to be admired. This garden needs to be used to dine alfresco, surrounded by greenery and fresh air. This space is perfect for children who can have fun and create new adventures.

Car is parked on the street and a sort path to the house.

The neighborhood

This house is near the Arco da Calheta church that goes to the calheta beach. Near the home is the Engenho Velho restaurant. Up the street is a small supermarket and some coffee bars for you to grab a delicious coffee during the day.

The house is 10 minutes drive to the beach or a 30 minute walk down. The house has paths around which you can walk to the restaurants or shops.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transports. The car is parked in the parking allocated at the house. If you want to have a relaxed holiday and do not want to travel, this apartment is good as everything is nearby making for a good stay.
