This apartment is located on a small street that is a perfect location to get to the mountains walks of the Rabacal or 5 minutes drive to the Calheta beach.

The studio character of the apartment is underlined with modern fixtures; outside deck chair and table with chairs for a fantastic ‘al fresco Breakfast or lunch ‘ The studio has a large inside space (open space ) . One modern full equiped kitchen with washing and dish washer, sofa, double modern bedroom, bathroom with shower. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars and beach.

This apartment is perfect for getting around to the West side of Madeira or up in the mountains.

The neighborhood

This apartment is in a residential area which is calm. Arco da Calheta boasts two good restaurants , Naye and Engenho Velho which is down the street from the apartment.
Pharmacy, more restaurants and supermarket can be found by the beach which is a 5 minute drive ot a 20 minute walk.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transport. The car is parked in the street.
If you decide not to rent a car, we can always organise a Taxi to bring and take you to the airport.
