Villa NUNES located in the West of Madeira, more specifically in Arco da Calheta in the little village of Loreto. This villa will provide very relaxing moments for the whole family, in a spacious house, in a very quiet environment.
Ideal for a couples or Families wanting to have a relaxing stay on the island.

A tasteful Villa with ample space, arrive to private closed two car garage, up the stairs into a huge lounge and dinning area which tooks to the ocean in front. On this floor is a fully equiped kitchen that leads outside to an eating area and pool. This floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Up the stairs you find three bedroom: onsuite bedroom; another double bed bedroom and a room with two single beds and a bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom. Off all the rooms is a patio and garden.

The location is quiet and sunny. Absolutely superb, not only in terms of views but for gaining access to the roads leading to the capital, Funchal, or roads to explore the natural beauty of the island.

The neighborhood overview

Situated in the west, this house is in the most sun-exposed area of the Island of Madeira.

About 5 minutes drive away is the centre of Calheta where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants and a supermarket. Near the house , you will find the Naye Restaurant and the Engenho Velho Restaurant. Up the street is the local shops in Loreto and the Amanhecer supermarket.

Calheta has the Museum of Contemporary Art, a fantastic architectural masterpiece.

Jardim do Mar and Paúl do Mar are a 10-minute drive away. These two small villages offer beach, animation and very own beauty.

Closer, in the vicinity, you will find small bars/restaurants and grocery stores.
