Situated in the west, this house is in the most sun-exposed area of the Island of Madeira. A quiet Villa up in Arco da Calheta. The nearest shops is down in Arco da Calheta and Loreto village. t

About 10 minutes drive away is the centre of Calheta where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants and a supermarket.

Jardim do Mar and Paúl do Mar are a 20-minute drive away. These two small villages offer beach, animation and very own beauty.
