A new apartment designed with holiday guests in mind, offering stunning sea views from every room. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with ample cupboard space for your convenience.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare meals, and the adjoining dining area offers a comfortable space to enjoy them. After a long day of exploring, unwind on the sofa while watching the sunset over the sea.

Outside, a small garden provides the perfect spot to relax and take in the fresh sea air. For your convenience, there is a private parking space available at the house.

The neighborhood

The apartment is on the middle floor of a house.It has its own private enterance and guests has ample space to enjoy a good holiday. The apartment is in Loreto, Arco da Calheta.

Near the houses are some local stores for you to buy any groceries you require. 

The restaurant Naye is a 10 minutes walking distance whereby they prepare you a delicious meal.

If you are up to the challenge, you can walk down to the Calheta beach which takes you 30 minutes to walk.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transports.  The car is parked in front of the coffee bar.

Guest access

Guest have access to all the areas of the apartment.

Interaction with guests

We are here to help you with any questions or problems that may arise.  You will have all the privacy.

Other observations

Internet is provided free of charge.

All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning done weekly free of charge.
