This beautiful and modern  Apartment, located in Loreto,  Arco da Calheta. A home with views to the atlantic. From inside this apartment  you see the ocean as if you are on a sailing ship.

Its decoration and modern features , which is equipped to the detail and furnished  for a comfortable stay, pleasing those who seek Comfort and modernity.

With two big spacious bedrooms,  A complete bathroom that even includes a bathtub.  The living room and open kitchen  has plenty of space to relax in moments of fun and leisure. A wood fireplace for some romantic evenings. Outside a large terrace  with Sun Loungers and garden furniture for you to enjoy our temperate weather. And if you like a BBQ for you to make some tasty dinners.

The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwaher and all other facilities.

The neighborhood

Situated in the west, this house is in the most sun-exposed area of the Island of Madeira. Near the apartment is a welknown restaurante and shops to grocery shops so you dont need to go far.

About 5 minutes drive away is the centre of Calheta where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants and a supermarket.

Jardim do Mar and Paúl do Mar are a 10-minute drive away. These two small villages offer beach, animation and very own beauty.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transport.   A parking space is provided in the property for the are to be safe.

If you decide not to rent a car, we can always organise a Taxi to bring and take you to the airport.

Guest access

This is a private apartment with your own entrance for your car. No one will bother you during your stay. This home will be like your home.

Interaction with guests

We are here to help you with any questions or problems that may arise. 

Other observations

Internet is provided free of charge.

All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning is provided  weekly free of charge.
