A little walk to the Ocean

A 10 minute walk down to  the center of Calheta, this property is located about 50 meters up from the ocean with a view to hills and ocean. In this zone of the island you will find various activities, from beautiful walks through the levadas or diving in the crystal clear waters of Calheta beaches. If you prefer to stay at home, you will be able to dip in the swimming pool available to the condominium of  the building.

With two bedrooms, both with a double bed . A spacious lounge and dinning room. A large kitchen and laundry room but the favorite to this house is a big terrace to enjoy sunrise and views to the ocean..This flat has maximum capacity to accommodate 4 people. It is ideal for a family holiday or as a couple.

It has all the necessary amenities. There is also private parking place inside the building.

The neighborhood

It is ideally located for touring the island, with easy access to the  via express that takes you to the west part of the island and going up to the Rabacal walking area.

Just down the street is a good restaurant called Convent das Vinhas, this restaurant is well known for its regional big portions and absolutely  beautiful views  to the Calheta beach bay.

By the Calheta beach area, you will find restaurants and  the supermarket. Here you will also find snorkelling, big game fishing and dolphin watching.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transport.  . There is also private parking place inside the building.

If you decide not to rent a car, we can always organise a Taxi to bring and take you to the airport.

Guest access

Guest have access to all the areas of the apartment and pool area.

We are here to help you with any questions or problems that may arise.

Internet is provided free of charge.

Please respect your neighbour’s so keep the noise to the minimum.

All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning is provided  weekly.
