Apartamento Teixeira is a two bedroom  apartment situated in Arco da Calheta. This apartment boasts with panoramic views looking to Arco da Calheta and the expanse of the ocean . This apartment is located  on a small street making it quiet but near the shops in Arco and a 20 minute walk to Calheta beach or a quick drive down. 

This apartment boasts with warm area making it a lovely apartment to catch lots of sun. Sun loungers and garden furniture makes this apartment a place where you can spend most of your day outside. The apartment is comfortable and has the basic requirements to make a delicious meal.  Has two spacious rooms, one a double bedroom and the other two single beds.

This apartment is perfect for getting around to the West side of Madeira or up in the mountains.

The neighborhood

This apartment is in a residential area which is calm.  Arco da Calheta boasts two good restaurants :Naye  in Loreto and Engenho Velho which is down the street from the apartment. The area has small coffee local restaurants that make very good meals during the day.

Pharmacy, more restaurants and supermarket can be found by the beach which is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transport.  The car is parked in the street.

If you decide not to rent a car, we can always organise a Taxi to bring and take you to the airport.

Guest have access to all the areas of the apartment.

We are here to help you with any questions or problems that may arise.  You will have all the privacy.

Other observations

Internet is provided free of charge. All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning done weekly free of charge.

Minimum stay 4 nights.

Medium term stay for a price of 950,00€ per month for two persons. Extra persons staying during the month will be charged 10,00€ per night
