A spacious house for 7 persons for family and friends

A new House in the heart of Estrela, Calheta. A spacious 4 bedroom, 3 complete bathrooms. On the ground floor by the pool area is a great BBQ area , fire pit. Outside seating for all and sun lounger
Going into the house to an open plan eating/dinning area, kitchen and lounge area. On this floor is a double bedroom and complete bathroom. Helpful for guests with reduced mobility.
Upstairs are the 3 more bedrooms. 2 double beds and one single. One of the double is on-suite. Another bathroom.

The neighborhood

The houses is in Estrela, Calheta. A house near amenaties and important streets like the street that goes up to Rabaçal of drive down to meet the via express that goes all over the island.

If you are up to the challenge, you can walk down to the Calheta beach which takes you 30 minutes to walk.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transports.  The car is parked in an enclosed private parking space.

Guest access

Guest have access to all the areas of the apartment.

Interaction with guests

We are here to help you with any questions or problems that may arise.  You will have all the privacy.

Other observations

Internet is provided free of charge.

All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning done weekly free of charge.

The pool is heated for a fee of 20,00€ per day for a minimuim of 5 days. Also inform that the top floor of the house is a separate apartment.
