The neighborhood
Situated in the west, this house is in the most sun-exposed area of the Island of Madeira.
About 5 minutes drive away is the centre of Calheta where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants and a supermarket.
Jardim do Mar and Paúl do Mar are a 10-minute drive away. These two small villages offer beach, animation and very own beauty.
Getting around
I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transport. Indoor private parking is available.
If you decide not to rent a car, we can always organise a Taxi to bring and take you to the airport or get one of the on-line transfers.
