Four-bedroom villa with a relaxing atmosphere and sophisticated decor. Located in in Loreto, Arco da Calheta, with stunning views of the valley, for an unforgettable vacation on Madeira Island. A Villa adapted with anyone with limited mobility.
As you enter the villa, a spacious living room, decorated with a modern and cozy touch, welcomes you. There are four elegant bedrooms, one bedroom just off the lounge area on the main floor with a complete bathroom all adjusted for limited mobility. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy on a comfortable eating table, all with views to the ocean and area around.
Down the stairs, you will fin three bedrooms. One with an double bed with an on-suite bathroom. Another room with two single beds and the last double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. All these roomslook onto the pool and the view beyond.
The outside space of this villa is truly enjoyable, with a BBQ just outside the kitchen with a bigtable for 8 persons. A ramp to facilitate wheel chairs to the pool. The pool is adapted so that every one can enjoy aday at the pool.
The neighborhood
Situated in the west, this house is in the most sun-exposed area of the Island of Madeira. A quiet Villa in Loreto, Arco da Calheta. The nearest shops is down in Arco da Calheta and Loreto village.
About 10 minutes drive away is the centre of Calheta where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants and a supermarket.
Jardim do Mar and Paúl do Mar are a 20-minute drive away. These two small villages offer beach, animation and very own beauty.
Getting around
I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transport. A parking space is provided in the property for the are to be safe.
If you decide not to rent a car, we can always organise a Taxi to bring and take you to the airport or get one of the on-line transfers.
Guest access
This is a private house with little neighbors so good for privacy.

Internet is provided free of charge.
Pool can be heated for a daily fee. please then ask us.
All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning is provided weekly free of charge.
