Ocean view apartment

A quiet apartment in a peaceful area of ​​Arco da Calheta. The small area called Massapez is known for its long warm evenings. And this apartment enjoys all that sunshine. A 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor with two double bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, a dining area with lounge and a sunny bathroom.
Every room is filled with so much sunshine that everything feels warm and comfortable. Don’t forget the terrace with views of the sea and the surrounding area.

The neighborhood

The apartment is on the top floor of a house. On the ground floor is a small local bar/ coffee shop. The apartment is near Arco da Calheta round about that takes you anywhere on the island. Is also near the street that takes you up to Rabaçal levada walks.

Near the houses are some local stores for you to buy any groceries you require. 

The restaurant Naye is a 10 minutes walking distance whereby they prepare you a delicious meal.

If you are up to the challenge, you can walk down to the Calheta beach which takes you 30 minutes to walk.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transports.  The car is parked in front of the coffee bar.

Guest access

Guest have access to all the areas of the apartment.

We are here to help you with any questions or problems that may arise.  You will have all the privacy.

Other observations

Internet is provided free of charge.

All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning done weekly free of charge.

Minimum stay of 4 nights

Medium term stay for a price of 1200,00€ per month for two persons. Extra persons staying during the month will be charged 15,00€ per night
