Casa Santi Stefany is a newly remodeled house. Comfortable rooms; modern decorations; private pool and private gated house for a peaceful vacation.
Enter into an open space living and kitchen area. All new with a view to making your vacation special.
This house has 2 bedrooms. One on the ground floor with excess to the pool area and the other bedroom upstairs with a large terrace to lie out and enjoy the sun.
The house is air conditioned for your comfort.
The capacity for 4 people.

The neighborhood

The houses is on the street Cales e Chada which goes up to Rabaçal. A 10 minute walk to the levada nova and a 15 minute drive to the walks on the hills.

Near the houses are some local stores for you to buy any groceries you require. 

The restaurant Naye is a 5 minutes walking distance whereby they prepare you a delicious meal.

If you are up to the challenge, you can walk down to the Calheta beach which takes you 30 minutes to walk.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transports.  The car is parked in an enclosed private parking space.

Guest access

Guest have access to all the areas of the apartment.

Interaction with guests

We are here to help you with any questions or problems that may arise.  You will have all the privacy.

Other observations

Internet is provided free of charge.

All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning done weekly free of charge.

Minimum stay of 5 nights

Medium term stay for a price of 1500,00€ per month for two persons. Extra persons staying during the month will be charged 15,00€ per night
