A newly renovated house with high end features, located in Florenças, Arco da Calheta. This house is a beautiful oasis between sea and mountains.

A beautiful outside terrace looking down the valley to sea and landscape. Enjoy making a fish BBQ on the terrace.

With two bedrooms, two complete bathrooms perfect for two couples or a family of four. Or just two persons each having their own space.

The living room has plenty of space to relax in moments of fun and leisure. An airconditioner has been nstalled for heating on cooler nights or cooling on some hot summer days,   A BBQ is available for you to make some tasty dinners.

The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwaher and all other facilities.

The neighborhood overview

Situated in the west, this house is in the most sun-exposed area of the Island of Madeira.

About 10 minutes drive away is the centre of Calheta where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants and a supermarket. Near the house is the Levada Nova which can take to the west to Ponta do Pargo or to the east to Campanario.

Calheta has the Museum of Contemporary Art, a fantastic architectural masterpiece.

Jardim do Mar and Paúl do Mar are a 15-minute drive away. These two small villages offer beach, animation and very own beauty.

Closer, in the vicinity, you will find small bars/restaurants and grocery stores.

Getting around

I recommend you rent a car as Calheta has very few public transport.  Car will be parked in the street next to the house.

If you decide not to rent a car, we can always organize a Taxi to bring and take you to the airport.

Guest access

Guest have access to all the areas of the house. The house is a private detached house.

Interaction with guests

We are here to help you with any questions or problems that may arise but we leave you to your privacy.

Other observations

Internet is provided free of charge.

All bed linen and towels are provided, We can also provide a crib and a baby high chair. Mid cleaning is provided weekly free of charge.

Minimum stay of 4 nights.
